1️⃣ What exactly is online interior design (e-design)?
E-design is a fully remote design service that allows you to work with us from anywhere in the world. You’ll receive moodboards, layouts, 3D visuals, and a shopping list — everything you need to create your dream space without in-person meetings.
2️⃣ How is this different from your in-person design service?
The process and design quality are the same — the only difference is how we communicate. Everything happens online via video calls, email, and shared documents, so it’s more flexible and cost-effective. You implement the design at your own pace.
3️⃣ Who is this service best for?
E-design is ideal for clients who:
Live outside London or abroad
Want to redecorate on their own timeline
Need professional guidance but prefer to manage implementation themselves
Rent their space and can’t make structural changes
4️⃣ What do I need to provide before you start?
Once you book, we’ll send a simple guide showing what we need:
Photos or a short video of your space
Rough measurements (we’ll guide you)
Inspiration images (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
Your budget range
That’s it — we handle the rest.
5️⃣ How long does the process take?
The Refresh: around 10–14 days
The Redesign: around 2–3 weeks
The Transformation: timeline depends on project size (we’ll confirm after the first call).
We’ll always give you an estimated delivery date before starting.
6️⃣ Can you help me buy the items?
Yes — for The Transformation package, we can handle all FF&E sourcing, ordering, and tracking for you.
For The Refresh and Redesign packages, you’ll receive a clickable shopping list with direct supplier links.
7️⃣ What if I need revisions or changes?
Each package includes at least one round of revisions.
We’ll refine layouts, finishes, or selections based on your feedback to make sure you’re completely happy with the final design.
8️⃣ Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a design-based service and work begins immediately after booking, fees are non-refundable.
However, if you need to pause or reschedule your project, we’re flexible — we’ll work with you to adjust your timeline.
9️⃣ What if I want you to manage the build?
That’s possible through The Transformation package.
We can coordinate contractors, supervise installations, and ensure every design detail is executed as planned — available across the UK and selected EU locations.
