HOW IT WORKS

Every project begins with a conversation and ends with a space you love. Here’s what working with Trofini Designs looks like, from first contact to final result.

01 — Initial Consultation

We begin with a complimentary call to hear about your space, your vision, and what you’re hoping to achieve. No commitment required — just a conversation to explore whether we’re the right fit.

02 — Your Design Brief

Once we decide to work together, I’ll send a detailed questionnaire covering your style, how you use the space, your budget, and your timeline. For online clients, you’ll also share photographs and measurements of your space at this stage.

03 — Concept Presentation

Based on your brief, I’ll develop an initial design concept — mood boards, colour palette, material direction, and key furniture references. This gives you a clear sense of where the design is heading before any detailed work begins, with the opportunity to refine the direction before we go further.

04 — Full Design Package

With the concept approved, I’ll deliver your complete design: to-scale furniture layouts, material and finish specifications, a curated sourcing list with supplier recommendations, and lighting and accessory guidance. Everything you need to bring the vision to life.

05 — Support & Realisation

Your project doesn’t end at delivery. I’m on hand to answer questions as you implement, liaise with suppliers, and help you stay true to the vision. For full-service residential and commercial projects, I can also manage sourcing, coordinate trades, and oversee final styling.
