Part of a four-storey Victorian house acquired in auction and featured on the BBC show Homes under the Hammer in May 2018. The original layout consisted of three self-contained flats, including two dark, poorly ventilated studio units and a cramped upper maisonette with access to the garden through the main toilet.

The building underwent a full strip-out and refurbishment while carefully preserving key original architectural features. The aim was to enhance liveability, light, and spatial efficiency across all levels.
